After serving six years in the US Marine Corps, Mr. Gosha attended DeVry University in Decatur, GA. He earned a B.S. in Communication and Network Management in 2003.  He  graduated from Armstrong University in 2007 with a Masters in Middle Grades Education.

Along with helping to setup The Stem Academy at Bartlett in Savannah, one of the highest-rated middle schools in the country, he has also earned his Gifted Endorsement. He has taught math and business education at numerous schools in Georgia. This is his sixteenth year as an educator.
